William G. Fisher

William G. Fisher, 81, husband of Mary E. (Henry) Fisher of Hale Street, Pottstown, PA died Tuesday at Parkhouse Providence Pointe, Royersford, PA . Born in Reading, PA , he was the son of the late George and Mabel (Wetzel) Fisher. Bill had worked in the chemical plant of Firestone Tire & Rubber Company and then for Occidental Chemical Company as a supervisor for a total of 43 years. He then worked part-time at Sears in the Coventry Mall. He enjoyed going to the casino's, playing cards, watching TV and dining out. Surviving with his wife are three sons David W. Fisher husband of Judy, Michael A. Fisher husband of Joan and Andrew P. Fisher husband of Mary Alice all of Pottstown, PA . He is also survived by four grandchildren Kayla Fisher, Briana Sands, Cassandra Fisher and John Fisher. Bill was pre-deceased by a son John J. Fisher and two sisters Jean Smith and Phyllis Haas. Funeral services will be Monday, June 2, 2014 at Noon from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street Pottstown, PA with Deacon George Harmansky of St. Aloysius R.C.C. officiating. A viewing will be Monday from 10:30-Noon at the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in memory of John J.
