William F. Campbell

William Francis "Bill" Campbell III, 78, loving husband to Jane (nee Bunch), passed away Sunday, July 23, 2023 at the Pottstown Hospital surrounded by family.

He was a son of the late William F. and Marquerite (nee Henry) Campbell Jr.

Bill was a former Employee of Bell-Fast Fire Protection Company and Philadelphia Naval Shipyard Fire Department. He was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus, Father Bally Council. Bill was also a former Volunteer and Lifetime Member of Holmes Fire Company and a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians (AOH), Black Jack Kehoe. Also a train enthusiast and former Volunteer for Wilmington & Western and Colebrookdale Railroads and Penns Landing Trolley.

Along with his wife, Bill is survived by his two children, Richard Campbell (Tammy) and Aaron Campbell. His three step-children: Paul Eells (Tresa), Theresa Lincoln (Mike), and Francis Eells (Irene).

Bill's 14 grandchildren: Michele (Keith), Brandon (Belle), Jamie (Sebastian), Lauren (Sune), Joshua, Anthony, Brooke, Matthew, Ava, Zachary, Claudia, Alexander, Therese, and Peter, three great grandchildren: Lincoln, Leo, and Clare.

Bill is predeceased by his step son-in-law, Francis G. Lincoln.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at St. Aloysius R.C. Church in the Gathering Center from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. A Mass will follow at 11 a.m.

Inurnment will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery.
