It is with deep sorrow and profound love that we announce the passing of Vincenza (Terpolilli) Nore, who peacefully entered eternal rest on August 9, 2026, at Sanantoga Center, surrounded by the warmth of her cherished family. Born on April 6, 1939, to the late Nicholino and Dora Terpolilli, Vincenza graced this world for 87 beautiful years, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and culinary mastery.
Vincenza was a beloved wife to her late husband, Ronald Nore. Throughout her life, she became a nurturing mother, doting grandmother, and cherished sister-in-law. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Rita Templin, and her husband Barry, as well as her grandchildren: Grace Templin, with Cody, Aaron Templin, and Andrew Templin, who is married to Gianna. She also leaves behind a great-grandchild arriving in January 2027.
Vincenza was renowned for her extraordinary cooking; her homemade meatballs, pazels, and A P cakes were often the center of family gatherings, bringing joy to all who tasted her culinary delights. A devoted member of St. Gabriel's Roman Catholic Church, Vincenza exemplified her faith through dedicated service. She played an active role in the Woman's Society, leading various kitchen and bingo events, and was honored with a certificate from Penn State for her leadership. As a Eucharistic Minister, she shared her faith and compassion within her community.
Early in her career as a seamstress, Vincenza devoted herself to her family, cherishing time spent with her beloved grandchildren and attending all their events. She delighted in singing Italian songs, often filling the room with laughter and joy. Vincenza's heart was larger than life; she generously helped friends and neighbors with her sewing talents, providing hemmed clothing, crocheted blankets, and scarves for newcomers to the family.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026 from 10 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. Mass will begin at noon. A eulogy will begin at 11:45 a.m. prior to Mass.
