Valerie Kelli Thompson

Valerie Kelli Thompson (Abner), age 66, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025 in Pottstown, PA.

Born in Philadelphia, PA she was the youngest daughter of the late Jerome and Margie Abner (Hicks), little sister to the late Cheryl Abner and granddaughter to the late Marie Hicks (Simms).

Kelli, as she was known most of her life, was a lover of shopping, cooking and reading and she devoted her life to helping and caring for her many beloved patients as a registered nurse for over 30 years.

Kelli is survived by her son, Matthew and his wife Katherine; her daughter, Meghan; the father of her children, Alfonso; her grandchildren: Samantha, Brynn, Collin and Ethan; and dozens of loving family and friends. She will forever be remembered in our hearts.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 3:00 pm at Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, Inc, 726 E High St, Pottstown, PA, 19464, with visitation from 2:00 p.m. until the start of the services.
