Tyler R. Laverty

Tyler R. Laverty, 26, son of Todd M. Laverty, Sr. of Lafayette Hill, PA and Kelly L. Rupert with whom he resided in Pottstown, PA passed away on Saturday May 24, 2014 at his residence. Tyler was a dock worker at Gift Wares, Inc. in Royersford, PA for several years. Prior to that he had worked as a cook. Tyler was a caring father, a great son , grandson and nephew. He loved animals and enjoyed drawing and art work. He was a member of Temple United Methodist Church, North Coventry Township. Surviving with his parents is a daughter Bailey L. Laverty and paternal grandparents Donald & Patricia Laverty of Pottstown, PA and a maternal grandmother Dorothy R. Rupert also of Pottstown, PA . Tyler is also survived by three brothers T. Michael Laverty, Jr. of Lancaster, PA, Lenny G. Laverty of Pottstown, PA and Jack Laverty of Lafayette Hill, PA and many aunts, uncles , cousins and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday May 28, 2014 at 12:30 P..M. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA with the Rev. James Jannotti, pastor of Temple United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery Parkerford, PA. A viewing will be Tuesday evening from 7-9 P.M. and Wednesday morning from 11:30 A.M - 12:30 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Tyler's daughter Bailey L.
