Timothy M. O'Brien

Timothy M. 'Captain' O'Brien, 68, of Stowe, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on October 4, 2022. His final days were spent surrounded by his family and friends, in the comfort of his home, with good music, many memories, and so much love.

Tim is a son of the late, Charles and Madeline "Madge" O'Brien.

He is survived by his wife Rita, his daughters Erin and Madeline, and his five siblings; Charlie, Sean, Eileen, Mary Ann, and Terry. Despite their physical distance, he always kept his siblings close to his heart and loved taking adventures out to the desert and west coast to visit them — first as a young man, then later, as a father and husband.

He had many loves. He loved his friends and family, including his many nieces and nephews. He loved his classic MG Roadsters, Philly sports, summer camping trips, golfing, and animals. His love of gardening and cooking made summers outside magical, and every meal memorable. He loved his two beautiful daughters, whom he was endlessly proud of. Most of all, he loved his wife Rita, whose union can only be explained as fate.

Tim had a goofy sense of humor, a sweet smile, and an easy-going presence that was uniquely his own. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

Tim will be honored with a memorial service on Wednesday, October 19th, 2022 at Warker Troutman Funeral Home, Inc. Service will start at 11:00 AM. Friends and family may visit from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

In addition to the Memorial Service, Tim's family would love to gather with those who knew and loved him. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 2p.m. till 7p.m. at the Keystone Fire Company, Boyertown PA. Please RSVP at https://porcupine-bear-cw3d.squarespace.com
