Steve Lewis

Steve Lewis, 89, husband of Ruby (Noll) Lewis, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2023 at the Pottstown Hospital.

He was a son of the late John K. Lewis from Chios, Greece and Gertrude (McKinney) Lewis from Alabama.

Steve married his love, Ruby, on May 27, 1952 in Maryland. Shortly after their marriage, Steven served in Air Force from 1957 to 1961. He was in Strategic Air Command and received honorable discharge. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, shooting at gun clubs. Steve was a member of the Pocono Beagle Club and won several trophies with his beagles: Sadie, Maggie, and Leo.

Along with his loving wife, Steve is survived by siblings:Barbara Donato (husband Thomas) from New Jersey, Sunbella Durante from New Jersey, Angelina Murphy from PA., Nicholaus Lewis (wife Nancy) from PA and Elaine Fonner from Iowa. Also, many nieces and nephews.

Steve is predeceased by siblings: Virginia Castrinoes, Rose Lewis, Kathryn Havanka, Augustas Lewis, John Lewis Jr., Pauline Christman, Estella Rubrecht, and Mary Lewis.
