Stella Sophia Hudock

Stella Sophia (Gnapp) Hudock, 87, widow of Emil Robert Hudock passed away on Saturday February 4, 2017 at Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, PA . Born in Pottstown, PA she was the daughter of the late John and Sophia (Seiberlik) Gnapp. Stella had worked as a receptionist in the Somerville Public School District in Somerville, NJ for many years. She was a member of St. Theresa of Calcutta R.C.C. Surviving is a daughter Cheryl Christine Hudock of Glendale, California. She is also survived by two sisters Helene Bartch of Limerick, PA and Anna Lekan of Naples, Fl. and numerous nieces and nephews. She is pre-deceased by two brothers Stanley Knapp and Joseph Gnapp and seven sisters Helen Gnapp Mary Kritzski, Josephine Hiller, Jenny Rose Futrick, Julia Sitko, Agnes Garber and Sophie Gnapp. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday February 9, 2017 at 1 P.M. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High St., Pottstown, PA . Interment will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery, Lower Pottsgrove Township. A viewing will be Thursday from Noon - 1 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to st. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
