Sophie J. Billy, 86, widow of Andrew M. Billy of St. Petersburg, FL and formerly of Pottstown, died Thursday June 23, 2011 in Florida. Born in Pottstown, PA , she was the daughter of the late George and Anne Axsmyth. Mrs. Billy had worked as a meat packer for Snow King Foods and Campbell's Foods of Stowe, PA . She was a former member of Holy Trinity R.C.C., South Street, Pottstown. Surviving is a son Mark Billy of Reading, PA. Also, four grandchildren Janet Schmidt, Jason Krause, Kimberly Baradgie & Alexandria Billy and six great-grandchildren Michael & Matthew Schmidt, Nicholas & Eryn Baradgie and Joshua and Jacob Krause. She was pre-deceased by three children Barbara Kerns, Gary Billy and Donald Billy. Graveside services will be Thursday June 30, 2011 at 11 A.M. at Highland Memorial Park Farmington & Reynolds Avenues in Pottstown, PA with the Rev. Joseph L.
