Born June 29, 1959, she was a daughter of the late David Willians Sr. and Thelma Favors and step-father, Joseph Favors.

Shelly is survived by her siblings: David E. Williams Jr., Mark A. Williams, Joseph D. Williams and Cheri Williams.

Along with her parents and step-father, Shelly is predeceased by her brothers, Lawrence and Stanley Williams.

The service will be private.
