Sarah M Rosoha

Sarah Marie Rosoha (Petrucci), passed away peacefully on March 6, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on April 7, 1941, in Lansford, PA, she was the beloved daughter of the late Angelo and Irene (Yezzi) Petrucci.

Sarah met and married the love of her life, John Roshay (Rosoha) with whom she shared 42 wonderful years of marriage. She, along with her husband, was a devout member of St. John's Byzantine Catholic Church in Pottstown, PA. Together they built a loving home and raised four daughters.

Once her children were all of school age, Sarah returned to the workforce, serving as a purchasing clerk at Montgomery County Geriatric and Rehabilitation Center (now Park House) for 33 years until her retirement in 2008. She was admired for her culinary talents, delighting family and friends with her cooking and baking. Her artistic creativity, warmth, quick wit, and sense of humor made her a joy to be around and left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Sarah was predeceased by her beloved husband, John Roshay (Rosoha), and her dear daughter, Cheryl (Rosoha) Hudson.

She is survived by her loving children: Diane (Rosoha) and husband Stephen Granger, Marita (Rosoha) and husband David Greiss and Angela Rosoha. Siblings: Anthony Petrucci, Angela Daldos, Anita Colangecco, Annmarie Petrucci, Marieann Schmitt (husband John), Lisa Petrucci. She also leaves behind five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Sarah's legacy of love, laughter and generosity will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 10 a.m. till 11 a.m. at St. John's Byzantine Catholic Church, Pottstown. A Mass will follow at 11 a.m. at the church.
