Rosemary C. Mazza

Rosemary C. (Chaplin) Mazza, 92, widow of Joseph J. Mazza of Frederick Living, Frederick, PA passed away on Sunday October 27, 2019 at the nursing home. Born in Coatesville, PA she was the daughter of the late Alvin Nelson and Helen (Kalis) Chaplin. Mrs. Mazza was a manager of Salary & Pensions for Mrs. Smith Pie Co. formerly of Pottstown for 26 1/2 years before her retirement in 1989. She was a member of St. Aloysius R.C.C. Pottstown, PA. Surviving is a brother James Chaplin and his wife Gail of Gilbertsville, PA. Also surviving is a sister Ann Nugent of Tayson, Arizona. She is pre-deceased by four brothers Richard, John, Nelson and Charles Chaplin and a sister Constance Strom. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Aloysius R.C.C. Beech & Hanover Sts. on Wednesday October 30, 2019 at 11 A.M. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10:30-11 A.M. in St. Aloysius Gathering Center. Interment will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Aloysius R.C.C. 844 N. Keim St., Pottstown, PA 19464.
