With profound sadness we announce the passing of Rose Marie (Pinder) Hayes, who peacefully departed this world at the age of 89, on January 22, 2026, at Cedar Crest Hospital. Rose Marie, the beloved wife of the late Maurice Hayes, was a cherished daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Kaczmarski) Pinder.
Rose Marie was a woman whose deep faith anchored her life. She had many passions—she found joy in sewing and gardening. A talented musician who played piano and guitar, and sang in the church choir, she enjoyed sharing her musical gifts with those around her. Most importantly, Rose Marie was a devoted family member who treasured the time spent with her loved ones, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth.
Rose Marie leaves behind her memories to be cherished by her children: Catherine Hayes-Keller (Kevin), DeLores DeHart (John), Jeanine Hayes (Cornel), Loretta Gattone (Joseph), Michael Hayes (Kim), Anita Heft (Erik), and Barry Neal, son-in-law, siblings: John Pinder, William Pinder, Thomas Pinder, Mary Ann Pinder, 20 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren, who will forever honor her memory.
Rose Marie was predeceased by her daughter, Rosemarie Neal, her brothers: Richard Andra, Michael Pinder, Edmund Pinder and a baby brother Michael J. Pinder, as well as her beloved grandsons, Gregory Neal and Adam Hayes.
To remember Rose Marie's remarkable life and the love she brought to all who knew her, a viewing will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Warker~Troutman Funeral Home Inc. in Pottstown. Following the viewing, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church in Schwenksville at 11:30 a.m.
The procession will continue to St. Aloysius New Cemetery after the Mass, where she will be laid to rest among loved ones.
