Rose M. Fontana 84, widow of James N. Fontana of Evergreen Rd. Lower Pottsgrove Twp. formerly of Stowe passed away Saturday March 30, 2013 in the Sanatoga Center. Born in Pittsburgh she was a daughter of Joseph and Lena (Foglia) Streppa. She was a member of St. Gabriel's RC Church and the St. Gabriel's Woman's Club. Surviving is a son Dennis and wife Angela Fontana, Douglassville. Daughters Diane wife of Dennis Dolhanczyk, Gilbertsville and Anna Marie wife of Kevin Dietterick, Cape Cod, Mass. Four Grandchildren and Three Great-Grandchildren. A brother Joseph Streppa, FL. Sisters Dorothy wife of John Janeda, Pittsburgh and Phyllis wife of Roccie Quagliarello, Springfield. Predeceased by a brother Humbert Streppa. A Funeral Mass will be offered Friday April 5, 2013 at 10:30 am in St. Gabriel's RC Church 127 E. Howard St. Stowe. Burial will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery. A viewing will be held Friday 9 to 10:15 am Friday at the Church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Gabriel's Memorial Fund 127 E.
