Robert A. Straub

Robert A. Straub, 85, husband of Shirley A. (Daniels) Straub of Limerick, PA passed away on Wednesday February 6, 2019 at his residence. Born in Royersford, PA he was the son of the late Carl and Mary V. (Seasholtz) Straub, Sr.                           Mr. Straub had worked at building bottle capping machines for the pharmaceutical companies for Genesis in Eagleville, PA . He was a United States Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict. Surviving with his wife is a son Glenn A. Straub of Douglassville, PA and a daughter Linda J. Pace wife of Phil of Coaldale, PA . He is also survived by two grandchildren Kaitlyn Derix wife of Nate of Douglassville, PA and Jordan Straub of Pottstown, PA   Also two great-grandchildren Elara Derix and Carson Straub. Robert is also pre-deceased by a granddaughter Kylie Brooke Straub who passed away on 11/1/92. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday February 12, 2019 at 11 A.M. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA with the Rev. John Smolik pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran church in Stowe, PA officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-11 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.  Interment will be in Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick, PA .
