Robert M. Muldowney,69, husband of Lois (Vanore) Muldowney of Douglassville, PA passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA . Born in Heckscherville, PA Bob was the son of the late Matthew M. and Josephine (Butler) Muldowney. Bob had worked as an engineer for the Reading Railroad Company, U.S. Axle Company formerly of Pottstown, PA, Dana Corp.of Pottstown, PA Angiotech of Exeter, PA and finally for Reitnouer. Inc. of Gibralter, PA. He was a member of Immaculate Conception R.C.C. 905 Chestnut Street, Douglassville, PA . He enjoyed spending time with his family; woodworking, karaoke and working on cars. Surviving with his wife is one son Matthew R. Muldowney husband of Candy of Newark, DE . Bob is also survived by two daughters Angelique M. Leader of Douglassville, PA and Kelly Birmingham of Wayne, PA .He is also survived by four grandchildren Brittany Muldowney, Alexa wife of Brandon Prange, Zachary Leader and Zoe Leader. He is also survived by a sister Mary Ann wife of David Donlin of Pottsville, PA . Bob was pre-deceased by a brother James Muldowney and an infant sister Mary Ann Muldowney. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in Immaculate Conception R.C.C. on Thursday January 29, 2015 at 11 A.M. Interment will be in Immaculate Conception R.C.C. cemetery.
