Robert Henderson

Robert Henderson passed on from this life early Saturday morning, June 23, 2018 peacefully at home. He is survived by his loving church family, friends, and those who cared for and served him so well.  Bob was the son of Mary Henderson born in Philadelphia on December 19, 1940.  After living most of his life in Pennhurst, Bob came to live in Pottstown in 1984.  He was a member of the Chesmont Church of Christ and worked as a custodian for Coventry Christian Schools for sereral years.  Living independently was very important to Bob.  He had a very social nature and always had an encouraging word for everyone along with a ready invitation to church.  He regularly attended God's Soup Kitchen on Monday evenings at Coventry Christian Schools.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 27 th at 6 pm followed by a Memorial and Celebration of Life Service at 7 pm in the Chapel at 699 North Pleasantview Road, Pottstown.  Arrangements were handled by Warker-Troutman Funeral Home.  To view obituaries or send condolences go to www.warkertroutmanfuneralhome.com.
