Robert "Bob" E. Winters

Robert (Bob)Winters Sr. age 82, beloved husband of Theresa "Terri" (Lake) Winters passed away peacefully on March 3, 2026, at Pottstown Hospital. Bob will be remembered for the warmth and love he shared with his family and friends.

Bob trained and raced his established Harness Racing stable for 25 years racing from Califirnia to Chicago, before entering the second phase of his life which was that of a builder. As an accomplished entrepreneur and partnering with experienced builders he grew a profitable business producing quality,beautiful homes and developments.

Bob was a fun-loving man who enjoyed visiting with people and playing poker. He enjoyed retirement, in particular the absence of a schedule.

Bob leaves behind a legacy of love and memories that will be forever cherished by his wife Terri, son BJ Winters, (and wife Michelle); siblings Roy Winters, Irene Gartrell, and Edith Miller, grandchildren Daniel Winters, Michael Winters, Great-grandchild Charlie Winters. He is preceded by his siblings, Jody Devore and Elmer Winter

He loved and cherished every moment spent with his family, his grandchildren, and, great-grandchild. He will always be loved, and never forgotten.

Funeral services will be March 12, 2026. A visitation will take place from noon till 1:00PM at Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, Pottstown, PA. Friends and family are invited to come together to honor Bob's remarkable life and the love He shared.
