Ralph M. Collick

Ralph M. Collick Jr., 81 beloved husband of Donna (Ricketts) Collick, passed peacefully from this life into the loving arms of our Lord and Savior on Sunday, October 15th, 2023.

Ralph was born in Norfolk, Virginia on October 4th, 1942 to the late Ralph M. Collick Sr., and Lola Finney (Ernie).

Ralph worked for Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19 for many years prior to his retirement and was the third African American to be hired as an apprentice by his union. Ralph had many passions that included fishing, shopping, restoration of his BMW's and Mercedes Benz's as well as his extensive collection of Hess trucks.

Ralph valued and cherished time with his immediate and extended family, and with his many lifelong friends.

He enjoyed being outside, and was known for cruising the town sharing his pearls of wisdom with whomever was inclined to listen.

Along with his wife, Ralph leaves behind his memories to be cherished by his children, Kia L. Bennett and Kyle Collick (Shauna), Charles Ricketts, his grandchildren: Kirstin Howard, Julian Collick, Cadence Collick, Brandon Ricketts, Kelan Bennett, Quinn Bennett and Mari G. Collick and his hearts joy his great grandsons Julian Jr., and Lincoln.

Ralph is predeceased by a son, Ralph K. "Kip" Collick.

A Homegoing Service will promptly begin on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the Warker~Troutman Funeral Home Inc, Pottstown. Prior to service a visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Funeral Home.
