Paul T. Stercula

Paul T. Stercula, 86, husband of Virginia R. (Hoffman) Stercula of Gilbertsville, PA passed away on Thursday November 16, 2017 at Pottstown Hospital. Born in Pottstown, PA he was the son of the late John & Anna (Lofaj) Stercula. Mr. Stercula was a tool & die make for the former Dohler- Jarvis corporation of Stowe, PA for 40 years until his retirement in 1993. Paul had served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of St. Aloysius R.C.C. He was a graduate of Pottstown High School class of 1949. Surviving with his wife Virginia whom he was married to for the past 65 years he is survived by a daughter Linda S. Stercula of Gilbertsville, PA . He is pre-deceased by a daughter Diane M. Stercula and a son David P. Stercula . He is survived by his daughter –in-law Nadine Stercula Greco and two grandchildren Jared Stercula and Kathryn Ristine wife of Nicholas and two great-grandchildren Chase & Caden Ristine. He is also survived by a sister Margaret Pomponi of Phoenixville, PA . Paul was pre-deceased by siblings Helen Sodaski, John Stercula, Joseph Stercula, Frank Stercula, Rose Panella, William Stercula and Daniel Stercula. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Aloysius R.C.C., 223 Beech Street, Pottstown, PA on Wednesday November 22, 2017 at 11 A.M. The family will receive friends in the church from 10-11 A.M. prior to the Mass on Wednesday. Private interment for family members only will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery, Lower Pottsgrove Township.
