Paul W. Galloway

Paul W. Galloway, Jr., 81, husband of Barbara D. (Dickinson) Galloway of Pottstown, PA passed away on Tuesday July 7, 2015 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Born in Pottstown, PA he was the son of the late Paul W. & Frances (Lewalski) Galloway, Sr. Paul had worked as a Mercedes Benz mechanic for Red Kieffer Auto Repairs for many years. He then worked as a Park Ranger for Montgomery County at Green Lane Reservoir. He was a member of the Pottstown Elks Lodge, the Pottstown Senior Circle where he was a member of the original Board of Directors and the Lower Pottsgrove Sportsman's Club. Paul was a member of the Hamptons Battery F which is a Civil War reenactment group. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed his trips to Potter County. Surviving with his wife is a close friend and neighbor James B. Ziss, Sr. of Pottstown, PA. Funeral services will be Saturday July 11, 2015 at 10 A.M. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA with the Rev. Karen Creasy, pastor of St. John's UCC in Pottstown, PA officiating. Interment will be in Limerick Garden of Memories, Swamp Pike, Limerick, PA . A viewing will be Saturday from 9 – 10 A.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions in Paul's name can be made to the charity of ones choice.
