Patricia A Hylan

Patricia A. Hylan, age 83, peacefully passed away on February 22, 2026, at Pottstown Hospital, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy that will be cherished by all who knew her. Born to the late James and Anna (Pipko) Guadagno, Patricia's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with family moments, laughter, and kindness.

For over two decades, Patricia dedicated herself to her work as a data operator at Stanley G. Flagg Co., where her diligence and commitment were well respected. Outside of her professional life, she found great pleasure in cooking and baking, often sharing her culinary delights with her beloved family. Patricia also enjoyed the simple pleasure of shopping on the QVC Network, but her greatest joy came from the time spent with her family, creating cherished memories that will be forever held close to the heart.

Patricia is survived by her nephews, David M. Guadagno and his wife Susan J., Michael R. Guadagno and his wife Cynthia; and her niece, Lisa (Guadagno) DeFazio.

She is predeceased by her cherished brothers, Anthony and David Guadagno.
