Nelson S. Torres, 50, fiancé of Norma Lopez of Walnut Street, Pottstown, PA died Saturday evening April 20, 2013 on Foresman Drive, Manatawny Village, Pottstown, PA . Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico he was the son of Carmen Anna Torres of Pottstown, PA and the late Mariano Santiago-Vargas. Surviving with his fiancé and mother is a daughter Carmen Santiago of Pottstown, PA and five grandchildren. He is also survived by three brothers Eduardo Santiago of Pottstown, PA, Luis Alberto Santiago husband of Lennie of Pottstown, PA and Gabriel Santiago of Delaware. Nelson is also survived by two sisters Marta Evelyn Mauras wife of Pedro and Elsie Concepcion wife of Efrain both of Pottstown, PA. A viewing will be Thursday evening April 25, 2013 from 6-8 P.M. at Warker-Troutman Funeral home 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA followed by his funeral services at 8 P.M. also at the funeral home.
