Neil T. Hipszer, 67, husband of Barbara (Voychik) Hipszer of Stowe, PA died, Wednesday June 12, 2013 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Neil & Barbara were married for 46 years. Born in Sellersville Hospital on November 27, 1945, son of Alliene (Christman) and Michael Paul Hipszer. He was employed at Valley Forge Sewer Authority, Phoenixville as a Sr. Regulatory Compliance Officer for 24 years. He was a communications yeoman in the United States Navy stationed for 4 years at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. He was a member of St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother Catholic Church in Stowe, where he served as an usher. Neil was also a member of the Pikesville Sportsmans Club , was a certified Lab Technician and enjoyed woodworking. He was an avid sports fan of all the Philadelphia teams. Surviving with his wife is one son, Michael John Hipszer and six brothers: Ray L. Hipszer and wife Elizabeth of Barto, PA, Michael P. Hipszer and wife Kathy of Shillington, PA, Glenn R. Hipszer and wife Janet of Pennsburg, PA, Jan S. Hipszer and wife Melanie of Anchorage, Alaska, Dana E. Hipszer and wife Dyan of Pennsburg, PA and Stephen A. Hipszer and wife Cindy of Hummelstown, PA . A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated in St. Gabriel's R.C.C. on Monday June 17, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. with the Rev. Thomas A. Nasta, Pastor officiating. A viewing will be Monday from 9:15 – 10:15 A.M. at the church. Interment will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery, Lower Pottsgrove Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to St. Gabriel's R.C.C., 127 East Howard Street, Stowe, PA 19464. Warker-Troutman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
