Monica was known for her sense of humor and ability to lighten up any party. She absolutely earned the nickname "Bubbles." She was also known for the amazing ability to start a great conversation with anyone: stranger on the street, server at a restaurant or anyone standing in line at any store. But she was also known for her fast math skills and ability to remember any phone number she wanted. She worked her way up in life from an Executive Secretary to Accounting Assistant and commercial Loan Specialist by hard work using her amazing skills with numbers, her very strong work ethic, and her friendly personality. She was happy to work full-time up until age 73 when disease stopped her. She would have worked full-time up to age 100 if she could have. Monica led a very social life, spending time going to dinner and on outings with friends. She always said how lucky she was to have all the amazing friends who filled her life. She loved and was very proud of her son Steve, "Sonny Boy", and absolutely adored her daughter-in-law, Jan. Monica and Steve had a great mother-son relationship filled with decades of inside jokes since they have the same silly sense of humor. For the past decade, Monica spent a great deal of time going to many events and on road trips with her daughter, Kelli. Monica joked that Kelli's job was Driving Miss Daisy all over the mid-atlantic. They conquered the wineries of southeastern PA like champions. Monica's proudest achievement was being a mother to Kelli and Steve. She respected and donated to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and Homeless Veteran's in the area. Monica will be greatly missed by her children and many friends, but she leaves behind a path of wonderful stories, love and friendship.
