Michael R. Ferenz

Michael R. Ferenz, Sr.,82, widower of Margaret (Novotny) Ferenz of Grosstown Road, Stowe, PA died Saturday February 23, 2013 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Pottstown, PA he was the son of the late Gregor and Rose (Vontor) Ferenz. Mr. Ferenz was a maintenance mechanic for Columbia Boiler, Reading Crane, B.F. Goodrich and Occidental Chemical. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran. He was also a member of Holy Trinity R.C.C. in Pottstown, PA. Among his hobbies were his home repair and home building talents. Surviving are two sons Michael R. Ferenz, Jr. husband of Anita of Coatesville, PA and John Ferenz husband of Mary of Ocean View, NJ. He is also survived by two daughters Margaret Hallman of Tennessee and Patricia Ferenz of Wyomissing, PA and twelve grandchildren. Michael was pre-deceased by three brothers and two sisters. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Holy Trinity R.C.C. , 370 South Street, Pottstown, PA on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Stowe, PA . A viewing will be Wednesday evening from 7-8:30 P.M. and Thursday morning from 9 – 10 A.M. at Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA.
