Michael D Durante

Michael D. Durante Jr., 81, beloved husband of Marie (Lamelza) Durante, passed away peacefully at his residence.

He was the son of the late Michael and Jenny (Tomaselli) Durante Sr.

Mike was born in Norristown on July 8, 1942. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and worked for the Carpenters Union in Philadelphia for 40 years. Mike served on the Limerick Township Zoning Board for 15 years. He enjoyed golfing, hunting and traveling with his wife and neighborhood group.

Along with his wife Marie, Mike is survived by his children, Renee (Denise) of New Jersey and Michael (Denise) of Green Lane, granddaughters, Gabrielle and Michelle Durante, brothers, Francis Durante of Virginia and Joseph Durante of Royersford.

Mike was predeceased by a sister Joanne Robinson.

A visitation will be held at St. Teresa of Calcutta 256 Swamp Pike, Schwenksville, PA 19473 on Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 9:30 a.m. till 10:45 a.m. A eulogy will begin at 10:50 a.m. Mass will follow at 11 a.m.

Inurnment will be private.
