Melissa Suzann Abel-Overdorf

Melissa Suzann Abel-Overdorf, 56, wife of Mark Overdorf, passed away Wednesday, March 10,2021 at Hershey Medical Center.

Born in Allentown on January 1, 1964, she was a daughter to the late Asher Cleveland and Valentina C. (Palencar) Abel.

Melissa married her love Mark in Jamaica on October 3, 2017. Together they enjoyed to travel and Bermuda was one of their favorite locations. She had a love for her Mustang convertible, reading, and her pets; two dogs Cobra and Shelby-Lollipop two cats; Gatsby and Cleo. Melissa worked for Cyma Builders & Construction Managers where she had amazing coworkers and enjoyed going to work every day. She said it felt like a second family.

A visitation will be held Friday, March 19, 2021 from 10 A.M. to 11A.M. located at Warker~Troutman Funeral Home Inc., 726 E. High St., Pottstown, 19464. The Memorial Service will follow the visitation starting at 11 A.M. at the funeral home.

Friends and family are invited to Gianni's Catering and Event Venue for a luncheon located at 1445 E Schuylkill Rd, Pottstown, PA 19465 after the service.
