Mary Karvoski

Mary (Koren) Karvoski, a remarkable spirit who graced this world for 101 years, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2025, at Manatawny Manor. Born on October 27, 1924, in Pottstown, PA, she was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Hreshko-Pollick) Koren.

Mary lived a life filled with love and laughter, embodying the virtues of devotion as a wife, mother, and sister. She proudly worked as a sewing machine operator, first at the Pottstown Shirt Factory and then at Sunset Manufacturing, where her skill and dedication shone brightly. Outside of work, Mary found joy in polka dancing and cooking, sharing her delicious meals with family and friends. A passionate fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Notre Dame, she celebrated her favorite teams with unbridled enthusiasm.

Mary is lovingly remembered by her brother, Joseph Koren, and his wife, Rita, as well as countless friends and family who were touched by her warmth and kindness. She is reunited in spirit with her cherished husband, Stanley A. Karvoski, and her dear parents, along with her siblings: George Koren, Francis Koren, Anna Goggins, Bernadette Gryzwacz, and Cecilia Tshudy.

A viewing will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025 from 9:45 a.m. till 10:45 a.m. at St. Gabriel's Church, Stowe, Mass will follow at 10:45 a.m.

Burial will be at St, Ann's Cemetery, Phoenixville.
