Mary Fisher

Mary E. (Henry) Fisher, 90, wife of the late William G. Fisher, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Pottstown Hospital-Tower Health; surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Herman A. and Gertrude (Essing) Henry.

Mary lived the majority of her life in the North End of Pottstown on Hale St. She worked for Peco for several years as a record keeper. Mary eventually moved to Keystone Villas in Douglassville where she made many new friends. Mary enjoyed spending time with them and going to dinners. One thing Mary liked to do was visit the local casinos She frequently would visit Valley Forge Casino. Mary loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her grandchildren.

Mary is survived by three sons: David W. Fisher (wife Judy), Michael A. Fisher (wife Joan) and Andrew P. Fisher. She has four grandchildren: Kayla Fisher, Briana Sands, Cassandra Bakeman and John Fisher and one great grandchild, Berkley Sands.

Along with her husband and parents, Mary is predeceased by siblings Robert Henry and Ruth Reider and a son, John Fisher.
