Martin Joseph Dobbs

Martin Joseph Dobbs, 64, of Moser Road, Pottstown, PA passed away at his residence on Tuesday June 9, 2015. Born in Pottstown, PA he was the son of the late Frank A. and Rosamond K. (Heil) Dobbs. Martin had worked as a toll collector for the PA Turnpike for seventeen years. He was a member of St. Aloysius R.C.C. Pottstown, PA . Martin was also a member of the Quoit Club and the German Club in Pottstown. He enjoyed coin collecting, reading about the Civil War and taking rides to Lancaster County. Surviving is a son Michael Dobbs husband of Polly of Pottstown, PA and a grandson Owen Dobbs. He is also survived by a brother Frank A. Dobbs, Jr. husband of Patricia of Fleetwood, PA and a sister Marcia wife of Tim Yu of Mahweh, NJ . Funeral services will be Monday June 15, 2015 at 11 A.M. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA. Interment will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery, Lower Pottsgrove Township. The family will receive friends on Monday from 10 – 11 A.M. at the funeral Home.
