With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret / Peggy (Diachynsky) Harrison, 76, who departed this life on February 2, 2026, to join her beloved husband, the late Bradley J. Harrison. A cherished daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Luby) Diachynsky, Peggy brought joy and warmth to all who knew her.
Peggy was a vibrant soul who embraced life with an infectious passion. She enjoyed dancing and listening to old Motown music, along with many other musical artists. Her love for reading provided her with countless adventures, but it was her family that remained her greatest treasure. Peggy was a devoted mother, and her children, Sean and Kelley Harrison, will forever carry her love in their hearts. She held a variety jobs during her working career at Upjohn/Smith Kline in accounts receiveable, she enjoyed her work as an Intake Coordinator at Community Counseling Services and she realized her big dream when she opened Marguerite's Bridal Salon and was able to help brides-to-be select the bridal gown of their dreams.
An animal lover, Peggy also adored her family Dalmatians and cats, finding companionship and comfort in their playful spirits.
Peggy liked to joke around and would make her family laugh with her sense of humor and quick wit.
Peggy leaves behind many memories that will be cherished by her children and her beloved sister, Joan Hedrick and Raymond, especially taking family trips to Wildwood, sunning on the beach and spending time on the boardwalk enjoying Mack's pizza, Polish water ice and Kohr's ice cream.
In this time of sorrow, we remember Peggy for the love and light she shared with us all. May she rest in peace, and may her spirit continue to inspire us to love fiercely, to live fully and to keep laughter in hearts.
