Manuel E. Mejia

Manuel E. Mejía, de 78 años, falleció pacíficamente en Select Specialty Hospital en Harrisburg, Pensilvania, el domingo 26 de mayo de 2024.

Era hijo del fallecido Félix A. Mejía y María Mercedez Severino.

A Manuel le encantaba estar rodeado de familiares y amigos. No perdería ningún día en el que pudiera estar al aire libre pescando o jugando dominó.

Para apreciar sus recuerdos quedan sus hijos; hijas, María M. Mejía y Germania "Miguelina" Mejía, hijo, Félix A. Mejía (esposa Alcanvida Sosa), también su yerno a quien consideraba su hijo, Gerle Jiménez (pareja de Germania). También le sobreviven dos hermanos; Julio y María Mejía, además de nietos; Zoila Rosario, Torrix Rosario, Mercy Rosario, Ambar Rosario, Emanuel Mejía, Ángel Mejía, Joel Jiménez, Steven Jiménez y Amy Jiménez.

Junto con sus padres, a Manuel le preceden en su fallecimiento dos hermanos; Francisco y Alfredo Compere.

Se llevará a cabo un velorio en Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, Inc., 726 E. High Street, Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19464 el sábado 1 de junio de 2024 de 2 p.m. a 4:30 p.m. El servicio comenzará a las 15:30 horas en la funeraria.

Manuel E. Mejia, 78, peacefully passed away at Select Specialty Hospital in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on Sunday, May 26th, 2024.

He was the son of the late Felix A. Mejia and Maria Mercedez Severino.

Manuel loved to be surrounded by family and friends. He wouldn't miss a day he could be outdoors fishing or playing dominoes.

Left to cherish his memories are his children; daughters, Maria M. Mejia and Germania "Miguelina" Mejia, son, Felix A. Mejia (wife Alcanvida Sosa), also his son-in-law who he considered his son, Gerle Jimenez (significant other of Germania). He is also survived by two siblings; Julio and Maria Mejia, as well as grandchildren; Zoila Rosario, Torrix Rosario, Mercy Rosario, Ambar Rosario, Emanuel Mejia, Angel Mejia, Joel Jimenez, Steven Jimenez, and Amy Jimenez.

Along with his parents, Manuel is predeceased by two brothers; Francisco and Alfredo Comperes.

A visitation will be held at the Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, Inc., 726 E. High Street, Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19464 on Saturday, June 1st, 2024 from 2pm-4:30pm. Service will begin at 3:30pm at the Funeral Home.
