M. Rita Bealer

M. Rita Bealer, (86), wife of the late William E. Bealer, Jr., New Hanover Township, died on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Charles & Mary Browne of Pottstown, PA. A life-long member of St. Aloysius Church, she was a Lector for over 25 years and also a member of the Women's Club. She and her late husband loved to travel and travelled to all 50 states. Retired in 1994 from Lockheed Martin Co. (formerly G.E.), King of Prussia, PA as a CM Specialist. Prior to Lockheed, she was a former Secretary-Treasurer of New Hanover Township. She is survived by two daughters, Susan A. Youse, Perkiomenville, PA and Sandra A., wife of John Sholtis, Marlborough, CT and a son, Barry W., husband of Linda (Barnhart), Lansdale, PA and five grandchildren – Mark Youse, husband of Carrie (Hoffman), Daniel Youse, husband of Jaclyn (Sobjak), Brett & Ryan Bealer and Alexandra Sholtis. She also has 3 great-grandchildren – Mackenzie Youse, Connor Youse and Amelia Youse. She is survived by a sister, Bernice A. Kish, Columbia, MD and three brothers – Joseph D. Browne, Pottstown, PA, Paul D. Browne, husband of Olga (Groth) Browne, Las Cruces, NM and John C. Browne, husband of Marti (Moore), St. George, UT. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Aloysius R.C.C. on Friday, February 10, 2017 at 11 A.M. with the Rev. Joseph L. Maloney, pastor officiating. A viewing will be held on Thursday evening February 9, 2017 from 6 – 8 P.M. and Friday morning from 9:30 – 10:30 A.M. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA . Interment will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery, Lower Pottsgrove Township.
