Louise H. Goggins

Louise H. Goggins, 87, widow of Cecil C. Goggins of Hale Street, Pottstown, PA died Saturday September 29, 2012 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, Pottstown, PA . Born in Evergreen, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Willis and Sally (Johnson) Catrett. Louise loved to crochet and she played on a woman's shuffleboard league for over fifty years. She enjoyed spending time with her children and all of her grandchildren. Louise was a member of Salem United Methodist Church in Pottstown, PA and a member of the Pottstown German Club, the West End Fire Company and St. Gabriel's Lodge. Surviving are three children Billy G. Goggins husband of Linda of Pottstown, PA, Gary D. Goggins husband of Lisa of Stowe, PA and Linda wife of Thomas Shillinger of Bechtelsville, PA . She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. Louise is also survived by two brothers Arthur Catrett husband of Mary of Rosebud, Texas and William Catrett of Florida. She was pre-deceased by a daughter Betty Jackson and a brother Steve Catrett and a sister Lucille Finch. Funeral services will be Friday October 5, 2012 at 11 A.M. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home 726 East High Street Pottstown, PA with the Rev. Tim Stewart, pastor of Salem United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Pottstown, PA . A viewing will be Friday from 10 – 11 A.M. at the funeral home.
