Lisa Marie Bicer

Lisa Marie (Grebe) Bicer, 55, passed away peacefully a month shy of her 56th birthday, under the care of Seasons Hospice in Pottstown Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, March 3rd, 2021 after a courageous fight with cancer. She was the loving wife of Gary M. Bicer. The couple married on August 26th, 1995.

Lisa was born on April 3rd, 1965 in Pottstown, a daughter of Joyce (Roncace) Grebe and the late Blaine G. Grebe. She was a 1983 Pottstown High School graduate. She started off as a waitress right out of high school and stayed with it for 14 years. She then transitioned to the Nutrition Group working in food service for Monocacy Elementary Center for 15 years.

Lisa loved crafting, sewing and skiing. She liked to keep busy gardening or feeding the deer and birds. Family and friends called her "Suzie Homemaker" as she was very family oriented and loved taking care of everyone.

In addition to her husband, Gary M. Bicer at home in Douglassville; Lisa is survived by three children: Alyssa Nicole (Gilroy) Kelly and her husband, James Kelly of Southampton, Gregory Michael Bicer of Douglassville and Rachael Lynn Bicer of Douglassville; a sister, Susan (Grebe) Kennedy and her husband, Kevin John Patrick Kennedy of Pottstown; and a niece, Heather Christine Kennedy and her fiancé, Brandon Lloyd Daub.

In addition to her father, Blaine G. Grebe; Lisa is predeceased by her brother, Joseph Blaine Grebe.

Also surviving are her furry children, cats Josie and Rosie and her furry grandchild, dog Penelope.

A public viewing for friends will be Monday, March 8th, 2021 from 6 to 9pm in Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, Inc., 726, E. High St., Pottstown, PA 19464. For everyone's safety, please arrive wearing a mask and continue to practice social distancing. Family viewing, services and committal are private.
