Linda D Rowland

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Linda D. Rowland, 76, who left us peacefully on January 23, 2026, at Reading Hospital. Born on August 16, 1949, in Pottstown, PA, Linda was a cherished daughter of the late Laverne and Pauline (Gable) Eshbach.

Linda dedicated many years of her life to her work at Goodwill, where she served as a sorter in the retail section, bringing passion and care to her role. Prior to her time there, she spent 15 fulfilling years as a seamstress at Collegeville Flag until its closure in the early 2000s. Linda's love extended beyond her work; she had a profound affection for her cats and dogs, who brought joy and companionship to her life. She embraced each day with a sense of adventure, often found exploring the shops at Coventry Mall and enjoying the company of friends.

She is lovingly remembered by her children, David Rowland (companion Betty) and Lori Yanos (husband Rob), and her two grandchildren, Ryan Yanos and Robbie Yanos (wife Bella). She is preceded in death by her long-time loving fiancée, Skip Pence, whose memory remains a guiding light in the hearts of those who knew them.


In this time of loss, let Linda's life, her kindness, and the love she bestowed upon all those fortunate enough to know her. May her memory continue to inspire and warm our hearts.
