Lawrence J Antonio

Lawrence J. Antonio, 69, husband of Barbara (Conrad) Antonio of Gilbertsville, PA passed away on Tuesday September 19, 2017 at Manatawny Manor Nursing Home, East Coventry Township. Born in Pottstown, PA he was the son of the late Frederick J. and Rose H. (Selagy) Antonio . Larry had worked as a computer operator for Superior Tube Company. of Collegeville, PA for two and a half years and then for Willow Grove Naval Air Station for 32 years. He was a U.S Army veteran of Vietnam. Larry was a member of St. Aloysius R.C.C.in Pottstown, PA . He was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and was a member of the former Maria Assunta Lodge of Pottstown, PA. He played drums for various bands in the area. Surviving with his wife are two sons Mark P. Antonio husband of Dawn of Gilbertsville, PA and Michael E. Antonio of Wilmington, DE . Larry is also survived by five grandchildren; Brady, Charlie, Evan, Nate & Jack A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Aloysius R.C.C., 223 Beech St., Pottstown, PA on Monday September 25, 2017 at 11 A.M. A viewing will be held in the church's Gathering Center from 9:45-10:45 A.M. Interment will be in Hill Church Cemetery in Boyertown, PA.
