Laura Cepko

Laura Cepko, 97, widow of Jacob S. Cepko of Stowe, PA passed away on Friday May 12, 2017 at Pottstown Manor Care. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of John and Blanche Polec. Laura had worked as a sewing machine operator for Yocum Knitting Mill formerly of Stowe, PA for many years. She was a member of St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother R.C.C. in Stowe, PA , She was an avid bingo and pinochle player and loved gardening. Surviving are two sons; Jacob S. Cepko, Jr. husband of Barbara of Gilbertsville, PA and Michael Cepko of Exeter, PA. She is also survived by a daughter Pauline Cepkp of Stowe, PA and two grandsons Christopher Cepko husband of Cynthia and Kevin Cepko. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother R.C.C. 127 East Howard St., Stowe, PA on Wednesday May 17, 2017 at 11 A.M. A viewing will be from 10 – 11 A.M.
