Larry J Peto

Larry J. Peto, 63, loving husband of Yvonne (Knepp) Peto, passed away December 21, 2021 at the Pottstown Hospital.

He was a son of the late John Peto and Joanne (Snyder) (Benensky) (Peto) Young.

Larry was known for his warm heart and witty humor. He was an avid fisherman and served as Treasurer of Boyertown Hunting Camp for many years. Larry was a family man. He loved spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and beloved pets. Some of his fondest times were spent at the Plantation Campground in Sea Isle City, New Jersey with friends and family. He was also a spirited football fan and every Sunday he would cheer for the Eagles.

Along with his loving wife, Larry is survived by Two daughters: Candis Peto and Lauren (Peto) Batzel (Kyle). A brother Gary Benensky (Beth). Two grandchildren: Kailey and Anthony John (A.J.) Batzel. Four loving nieces and a grandniece.

A private viewing will be held for family only.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 22, 2022 at New Hanover Evangelical Lutheran Church, from 11 A.M. to 3 P.M.

In lieu of flowers we would like donations to be made to Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue at 60 Vera Cruz Rd, Reinhold, PA 17569.

A luncheon will be held at the Church after the service.
