Keith Allen Horchak, 17, of Pottstown died Tuesday July 17, 2012 at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA . Born in Phoenixville, PA, he was the son of Sherrie Horchak with whom Keith resided in Pottstown, PA and the late Ethan Gebhard. Keith is pre-deceased by his brother Justin Horchak. Funeral services will be be Friday, July 20, 2012 at 11 A.M. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home 726 East High Pottstown, PA with the Rev. John Smolik, pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran Church , Glasgow and Walnut Streets, Pottstown, PA officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Pottstown, PA A viewing will be Friday from 10 – 11 A.M. at the funeral home.
