Kathryn A. Smith

Kathryn A. (Mitro) Smith, 86, widow of Paul E. Smith passed away on Monday July 2, 2018 at Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Pottstown, PA she was the daughter of the late George & Mary Mitro. Mrs. Smith was a self-employed hairdresser at her salon Kathryn's for over 40 years. Kathryn had been a member of St. Aloysius R.C.C. in Pottstown, PA .                                        Surviving is a son Paul "Chip" Smith of Royersford, PA and a daughter Kathleen wife of Andrew Tedor of Lower Pottsgrove Township. She is also survived by three grandchildren Jaime Tedor husband of Ashley, Gavin Smith and Colleen Smith. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Aloysius R.C.C. 223 Beech St., Pottstown, PA on Tuesday July 10, 2018 at 11 A.M.  A viewing will take place in the Gathering Center of St. Aloysius R.C.C. from 9:30-10:45 A.M. prior to the mass.   Interment will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery, Lower Pottsgrove Township. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association 1617 John Kennedy Blvd. #700 Philadelphia, PA 19103.
