Judith "Judy" Criblear

Judith "Judy" Criblear (Kohler), 81, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved spouse of Barry Criblear, with whom she shared a deep and abiding love over nearly 62 years of marriage.

Born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, Judy was the daughter of the late Thomas and Doris (Culp) Kohler. She had a passion for life that resonated through her many interests and talents. A lover of reading, Judy could often be found with a book in hand, lost in its pages. Her eclectic taste in music spanned from Rock n' Roll to classical, but Doo Wop held a special place in her heart. Judy enjoyed horseback riding and made countless memories traveling alongside Barry. Her adventurous spirit also led her to enjoy trips to the casino, yet nothing brought her more joy than spending quality time with her family.

Judy is survived by her two devoted daughters, Holly Segnere and her long-time companion Rick Cooper, and Brenda Shaffer with her companion Craig Reinford. She is also mourned by her brother, Thomas Kohler, and her four wonderful grandchildren: Sam Segnere, John Segnere, Allison Shaffer, and Erik Shaffer. Judy was a loving great-grandmother to four cherished great-grandchildren: Jules, Lydia, Olivia, and Grayson. Also, a niece Jamie Sawyer and cousin Bonnie Stutzman.

Judy is predeceased by a brother Jimmy Kohler, cousins Carole Levengood and Todd Levengood.

Judy's vibrant spirit and warm laughter will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her family will carry forward her memory in their hearts, forever grateful for the love she gave and the beautiful moments they shared.
