Joseph P. Abrams Shuick

Joseph P. Abrams Shuick, 91, widower of Nellie (Lockowitz) Shuick of Williamsport, PA and formerly of Stowe, PA passed away at the Williamsport Home on Sunday January 3, 2016. Born in Pottstown, PA he was the son of the late Joseph and Regina (Abrams) Sujak. Joseph was an inspector for Penn Dot for many years. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a former member of St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother R.C.C. in Stowe, PA . Surviving is a son Joseph P. Shuick husband of Wendy (Shollenberger) of Pottstown, PA and a daughter Mary Ellen wife of Larry Crothers of Jersey Shore, PA. He is also survived by three grandchildren Lisa, Jim and Jed and four great-grandchildren Macie, Cassie, Brandon and Riley. He is also survived by a sister Regina wife of Kenneth Edwards of Spring City, PA and pre-deceased by a sister Mary Sikora. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother R.C.C., 127 East Howard Street, Stowe, PA on Friday January 8, 2016 at 11 A.M . Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Stowe, PA A viewing will be Friday morning from 10-10:45 A.M. at the church.
