Joseph A. Rudy, 66, of Snell Rd. Lower Pottsgrove Twp. passed away Friday May 31, 2013 at Manor Care , Pottstown. Born in Pottstown he was the son of Joseph A. and Ellen (Pickar) Rudy. He was a Business and Personnel Manager for the Montgomery County Prison System. Surviving are sisters Joanne wife of Lou Scottoline , N. Coventry Twp. and Claudia wife of Paul Arnold, Coatesville. A brother David Rudy, Pottstown. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 am Tuesday June 4, 2013 at the Warker-Troutman Funeral Home 726 High St. Pottstown. Burial will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery.
