Joseph R. Ciori

Joseph R. Ciori, 85, widower of Marie T. (Baccke) Ciori of Chestnut Knoll, Boyertown, PA and formerly of 307 North Price Street, Pottstown, PA passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Chestnut Knoll. Born in Stowe, PA , he was the son of the late John and Grace (Basile) Ciori. Joe was a graduate of West Pottsgrove High School formerly of Stowe, PA where he played baseball & football. Joseph was a Tool & Die Maker for Dohler-Jarvis Corporation formerly of Stowe, PA. He was a member of St. Aloysius R.C.C. in Pottstown, PA, a member of the golf league at Twin Ponds Golf Course, he was a former member of the Ski Patrol at Pine Forge Ski Area. Joe had enjoyed hunting and gardening. Surviving are three nephews William Pascucci, John Pascucci and John Kruszewski and two great nephews John William Pascucci and Alec Joseph Pascucci. He is also survived by a brother-in-law John Kruszewski. He was pre-deceased by three sisters Anne Ciori Pascucci, Rita Ciori and Marie Ciori and a brother Anthony Ciori. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Aloysius R.C.C., 223 Beech Street, Pottstown, PA on Saturday May 20, 2017 at 10 A.M. Interment will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery, Lower Pottsgrove Township. A viewing will be Friday evening May 19, 2017 from 6-7:30 P.M. and Saturday morning from 8:30-9:30 A.M. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA .
