With heavy hearts we announce the passing of John Francis Perrott, 81 years old, born in Beaver Falls, PA, on the sixth of February, 1943. John passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of November 20, 2024.
John was beloved husband of 44 years to Paula (High); a loving father to his three sons, Bradley Perrott of Sarasota, FL; R. Jason Perrott, husband of Dana (Dalziel) of Denver, PA; and John M. Perrott, fiance of DonnaMarie Rivenbark, of Douglasville, PA with whom he resided. He is also survived by his only brother, Louis Perrott, husband to Marlene (Secola) of Roanoke, VA., and his three grandchildren; Darren Perrott, fiance of Emily Kendall; Jennifer (Perrott) Wilkinson, wife of Chase Wilkinson; and Kaitlyn Perrott, future fiance to Nicholas Glasscock of Dinwiddie, VA; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
John was predeceased by his mother, Mildred (Farls) Perrott, and his father Frank Perrott; and his grandson, Jonathan Perrott.
John attended New Brighton High School in Pennsylvania where he played football with athletes like the infamous Joe Namath. He graduated and went on to enlist in the US Navy, where he was stationed afloat the USS Forrestal during the Vietnam War. After an honorable discharge, he then enrolled at Youngstown University where he obtained his Bachelors degree. Once completing college, John began working for Babcock & Wilcox as a steel salesman, a position he excelled at for more than 20 years. John went on to build his own company, until he retired in 2017 and bequeathed his business to his youngest son, Bradley. While his professional accomplishments were impressive, he was truly known for his love for his family. Karaoke parties, golfing, going to the movies, swimming, watching his Philadelphia sports teams, and just being with his loved ones were some of his favorite past times. John coached all three of his sons in baseball, and attended countless little league games for his grandchildren.
Although he will be deeply missed, we find great comfort in knowing that he is now with his parents, his grandson, and his dog, Max.
Services will be private for family.
