John C. Garges

John C. "Jack" Garges Sr. 75, loving husband of Jacqueline " Jackie" (Mourar) Garges passed away Monday August 13, 2012 at his residence Creek Rd. Bushkill, PA. Born in Line Lexington, PA he was a son of Linford G. and Violet (Cressman) Garges. Jack was employed as a master electrician, and was a 1955 graduate of Penn Ridge High School. He was a life member of Schwenksville Fire Co. Gilbertsville Fire Co. and belonged the Schwenksville Patriot Order of Sons of America. The Masonic Lodge of Red Hill and was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman. Jack was a loving father and grandfather and is survived by sons John C. Garges Jr and wife Kate, Pottstown and Joe C. Garges , Pottstown. A daughter Jill Garges, Schwenksville and grandchildren Amanda, J.C. and Kelly Garges. Brothers Linford G. Garges and James Garges . Sisters Mary Schnable and Violet Kulp. Friends may call Monday August 20, 2012 from 10 to 11:30 am at the Warker-Troutman Funeral Home 726 High St. Pottstown, PA . A Celebration of Life Service will follow calling time at the Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Pocono Wildlife Rehab Center C/O 149 Creek Rd. Bushkill, Pa 18324.
