Jane H. Himmel

Jane H. Himmel, 82, wife of Robert Leo Himmel, of Kulp Road, East Coventry Township, died Sunday, December 26, 2010 at Manatawny Manor Nursing Home. Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late John Hanth and Eva (Homcha). Jane was a retired bank teller who had worked at various banks in the Pottstown area. She was a member of St. Aloysius R.C.C., Beech & Hanover Streets Pottstown, where she served as a greeter at church. Surviving with her husband of 52 years is a daughter Anita Marie, wife of Michael R. Ferenz Jr., of Coatesville, and a grandson, Christopher Michael Ferenz. She was pre-deceased by four brothers, Frank, Andrew, William & Paul Hanth and a sister Mary Clements. A funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Aloysius R.C.C. on Friday, December 31, 2010 at 10 a.m. Interment in St. Aloysius New Cemetery, Lower Pottsgrove Township. A viewing will be held Friday morning from 8:30-9:30 a.m. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home.
