Jacqueline M. Kanaskie, 82, wife of Charles E. Kanaskie, who she was married to for 63 years of Pottstown, PA died Thursday January 30, 2014 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Shamokin, PA she was the daughter of the late Stanley & Clara Danilowski. Jacqueline had worked for Philco Ford for five years and then for twenty-six years for Kiwi Shoe Polish Co. formerly of Pottstown, PA from where she retired . Jacqueline was a member of St. Aloysius R.C.C. Beech & Hanover Streets in Pottstown, PA Jacqueline lived for her family especially her son Dennis who was the love of her life. She was an excellent cook who loved to share her family recipe's with everyone. She loved to sit on her porch and enjoy her beautiful flowers. Surviving with her husband is a son Dennis J. Kanaskie and a daughter Kathleen A. Kanaskie fiancée of Randy Eidle both of Pottstown, PA A Funeral Mass and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
